Appointments

Appointment duration times where given include consultation time if required. A credit card confirmation may be required for some treatments when booking.

Cancellation policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments or the full charge may be made. We regret that during premium times it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late.
